SHIPPING :
We carefully pack and ship each order with love and attention to detail. Most of our items are made-to-order, which means we take a little extra time to ensure everything is just right before it reaches you.

Production Time: depending on the items

Shipping Time:

Thailand: 5-10 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and courier)

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNING :

We do not accept returns or exchanges for imperfections that do not affect the function of the product. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping, but as many of our pieces are handcrafted or made from natural materials such as stone, slight variations in texture, pattern, or tone are part of their unique character—not considered defects.

We also do not accept returns due to the natural traits of materials that are beyond our control.

However, if your item arrives damaged in transit or is missing essential components that affect its function or integrity, we take full responsibility.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and include clear photos (and ideally, a video) of the issue.

We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order to help us verify and resolve any claims of damage quickly and fairly.
